Convergence layer(s) to be tested: TCPCL (3 implementations)

Tests you want to conduct:

1. Interoperability between our own implementations and as many other implementations as possible
   • TCPCL and basic bundle parsing, no forwarding or routing
   • Basic dtnsend/recv/ping apps
2. We will also provide access to an offsite test network running some ~10 DTN2 2.6 nodes with simulated delays
