DTN Instructions for Cygwin
===========================

This version of the DTN reference implementation has been built on the
Cygwin version 1.5.24-2 (released January 2007).

Unfortunately there are still bugs in the implementation so the code
does not run yet. This will hopefully be fixed in a future release.
